Audio Network has introduced a straightforward way of accessing
high quality music online, for personal use or for synchronisation
use in your audio-visual production.
By paying the appropriate fee to download a music file for synchronisation
use, you are automatically cleared to use the track in one named
audio-visual production.
Alternatively, to use the track in more than one production or for multiple track usage,
contact us for a blanket licence.
By exploring our Browse-by-Category music
search facility, you can audition all tracks and save them to your online ‘Shopping
Cart’.
For help on purchasing and downloading individual tracks or for more information on saving short-listed tracks to your locker, go to
About My Locker or call us.
Terms and Conditions of music use:
Unauthorised synchronisation use, copying, hiring, lending, broadcast and public performance are strictly prohibited.
Download For Personal Use: Downloads for personal use are for personal usage and storage by the user only
If you wish to use the music track in an audio-visual production, you must change your usage type to one of the categories listed below:
Home / Student Productions: Covers synchronisation use in home/student or wedding videos, films and other multi-media projects or for use in your home, education establishment or church. Covers distribution of the finished audio-visual production to festivals, friends and family or User Generated Content aggregators. Excludes products for commercial sale or exploitation.
Corporate / Charity Productions: Covers synchronisation use in Corporate or Charitable videos, DVDs, presentations, web-sites or other multi-media projects. Covers up to 100 copies of the finished audio-visual production for distribution within the Corporation or Charity.
TV & Other Productions: Covers synchronisation use with film, radio and television programmes, commercials, or any other multimedia, audio-visual or computer generated productions or presentations. All rights in the sound recording and music and the dubbing fee are cleared for the above uses for the world.
To validate your on-line usage licence, registration of the Production
title with Audio Network is required at the checkout at the time
of payment (where known). Alternatively the music usage must be
recorded on a music
cue sheet in the usual way, and a copy of the music cue sheet
supplied to Audio Network.
The cue sheet, stating the name of your production should be
emailed, faxed, or posted to us.
When a cue sheet has been received we will validate your production licence at no extra charge upon request.
Any changes to the original length or content
of the production - cut-downs, trailers, re-versions, re-dubbing
etc – will classify as a ‘new’ production.
You will need to re-apply for a second online production licence,
or contact us for information
about our comprehensive blanket licence

licence saves you money if you need to use more than one track
in your production(s).
