Screen East commissions ‘national & ethnic film music catalogue’Audio Network is pleased to announce that it has been awarded an investment by Screen East to develop an authentic national and ethnic film music catalogue. This award is made under the Regional Investment Fund for England supported by the Film Council. Audio Network represents an Oscar winning team of Hollywood based sound designers and 50 leading UK based media composers including Evelyn Glennie, Chris Blackwell and John Dankworth. The award winning publisher of music and sound services to the national & international film and television markets will develop and promote the new catalogue alongside its existing music and sound effects libraries. The exiting catalogue can be previewed at the company’s web site www.audiolicense.net Laurie Hayward from Screen East said “This is a great opportunity for young musicians to work with Audio Network’s experienced team of writers and producers of film music as the project requires the services of a large number of composers and musicians from diverse cultural backgrounds”.
